Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of JPharmaPlus, the pharmacy management software at app.jpharmaplus.com, and this website (together, the “Service”), provided by Jantrah Tech Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By registering or using the Service you agree to them.

1. Your account

• You must give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for every login you create for your shop, and for keeping passwords private.
• Tell us straight away at support@jpharmaplus.com if you think your account has been used without permission.

2. Free trial

New shops get a 7-day free trial. No payment details are needed to start. When the trial ends, access is limited to the Billing and Settings pages until a paid plan is active.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly in Pakistani rupees at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
• You pay only by bank transfer to the company bank account of Jantrah Tech Private Limited, using the account details our team shares with you, and submit the transfer reference from the Billing page. We do not accept JazzCash, Easypaisa, cash or payments to personal accounts. Your subscription is extended once we confirm the payment.
• If a subscription is not renewed, access is limited as described above. Your data is kept for 2 months after the subscription ends, so you can renew or ask us for a copy. After 2 months it is permanently deleted (see the Refund Policy).
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. A change applies from your next billing period.
• Payments are not refundable for a period that has already started, except as set out in our Refund Policy or where the law requires otherwise.

4. Your data

The business data you enter belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful, including the sale of medicines in breach of the laws and licensing rules that apply to your pharmacy; not to try to access other shops’ data or disrupt the Service; and not to copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software.

6. Your professional responsibility

JPharmaPlus is a record-keeping and sales tool. It does not give medical, dispensing or legal advice. You remain responsible for the medicines you stock and sell, for checking expiry dates and batch details, and for meeting the regulatory requirements of your pharmacy licence.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we cannot promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we will try to give notice of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost stock, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after giving notice where reasonable.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and significant changes will be announced in the software or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
