On Android
- Tap Download for Android on this page and open the downloaded file.
- If Android asks, allow your browser to install unknown apps, then tap Install.
- Open JPharmaPlus and sign in, or register your shop.
On Windows
- Click Download for Windows and run JPharmaPlus-Setup.
- If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, click More info, then Run anyway.
- Finish the setup and open JPharmaPlus from the desktop or Start menu.

About the apps.
Do the apps cost extra?
No. The Android app and the Windows desktop app are free with every JPharmaPlus plan, including the 7-day free trial. You only pay your monthly plan.
Do I need a new account for the app?
No. Sign in with the same email and password you use at app.jpharmaplus.com. New shops can also register, verify their email and reset a forgotten password inside the app.
Is my data the same on the phone, the PC and the browser?
Yes. All three are windows onto the same shop online. A sale made at the counter shows on the owner’s phone straight away, and stock and reports are always up to date.
Do the apps work without internet?
No. Like the web version, the apps need an internet connection; ordinary shop Wi-Fi or mobile data is enough. Your records are kept online, so a lost phone or a broken PC does not lose your data.
Is there an iPhone or Mac app?
Not yet. On an iPhone, iPad or Mac, open app.jpharmaplus.com in Safari or Chrome. On an iPhone, tap Share and then Add to Home Screen to open it like an app.
Why does my phone or PC warn me when installing?
The apps are published directly on jpharmaplus.com rather than through the Play Store or Microsoft Store, so Android asks you to allow the install, and Windows SmartScreen may say it does not recognise the app yet. Download only from this page, and contact us on WhatsApp if anything looks wrong.
How do I update to a new version?
Download the latest version from this page and install it over the old one. Nothing is lost: your shop’s data is stored online, not in the app.
