How much does pharmacy software cost in Pakistan?
It depends on the pricing model. Desktop software is often sold as a one-time licence with a yearly support or renewal fee, while cloud software like JPharmaPlus is paid monthly. JPharmaPlus costs Rs 1,500 to Rs 6,000 a month depending on users and catalogue size, with no setup fee.
Is there a one-time payment option?
Not at the moment. JPharmaPlus is billed monthly so that updates, backups and support are always included. You can pay for several months at once from the Billing page.
Is there really no card needed for the trial?
Yes. Register your shop and use JPharmaPlus for 7 days without entering any payment details.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your data stays exactly as it is. Until you choose a plan and pay, the account opens only the Billing and Settings pages, and everything unlocks again as soon as payment is confirmed. If no plan is taken, your data is kept for 2 months and then permanently deleted.
How do I pay?
Payment is monthly, in PKR, by bank transfer to the company bank account of Jantrah Tech Private Limited only. Our team shares the company account details with you directly when you subscribe. We do not accept JazzCash, Easypaisa, cash or payments to personal accounts. Submit the transfer reference from the Billing page, and your subscription is extended once the payment is confirmed.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Choose a different plan from the Billing page when you renew. If you need a change in the middle of a month, contact us.
What counts as a user?
Each login is one user: the shop owner and every cashier. The Unlimited plan has no cap on users.
What counts toward the medicine limit?
Each medicine in your catalogue counts once, however many batches of it you hold.
Can I get a refund?
Duplicate payments, payments we could not activate and months that have not started yet are refunded in full. See the refund policy for details.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No. There is no setup fee and no installation charge. You pay only the monthly price of your plan.
