Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information JPharmaPlus, a product of Jantrah Tech Private Limited (“we”, “us”), collects through this website (jpharmaplus.com) and the JPharmaPlus software at app.jpharmaplus.com (together, the “Service”), and how we use and protect it.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your shop name, your name, username, email address and phone number when you register, and the details of any staff accounts you create.
• Business data you enter: medicines, batches, suppliers, purchases, sales, customer names and phone numbers you choose to record, and shop settings. This is your data; we process it only to provide the Service to you.
• Billing information: the plan you choose and the payment references you submit. We do not collect or store card numbers.
• Messages: what you send through our contact form, by email or on WhatsApp. If you choose “Send on WhatsApp”, your message is sent through WhatsApp, which processes it under its own privacy policy.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and access times, recorded in server logs for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use information

• To create and run your account and provide the features of the Service.
• To confirm payments and manage your subscription.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To tell you about important changes to the Service or your subscription.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use the business data you enter for advertising.

3. How your shop data is separated

Every record in the software belongs to a single shop, and each shop’s users can see only that shop’s data. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never as plain text.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, hosting and email), under obligations to protect it, or when the law requires us to.

5. Retention

We keep your account and business data while your subscription is active. If your trial or subscription ends and is not renewed, we keep the data for 2 months so you can renew or ask for a copy; after that it is permanently deleted. If you ask us to close your account, we delete your data within a reasonable period. Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons, such as payment records, are kept as the law requires.

6. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The software uses a session cookie to keep you signed in; it is required for the Service to work.

7. Your choices

You can view and update your account details in the software’s Settings page. To request a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, email support@jpharmaplus.com.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be announced in the software or by email.
